FELLOWSHIP
BAPTIST CHURCH
NEW ABOUT SERMONS

Fellowship Baptist Church formerly known as Grace Bible Church humbly began in 1957 with a few families meeting in a home. God greatly blessed the faithfulness and efforts of these families and the church saw growth throughout the next few decades with many souls coming to know Christ and being added to the church; and purchasing and expanding our current location. We are thankful for our heritage, we praise the Lord for His continued faithfulness today, and we look ahead to the future at what only God can do.

OUR FAITH
GOD
We believe that there is only one true and loving God; Who is eternal, self - existent, infinite, and immutable. We believe He is one, yet He manifests Himself to man in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Isaiah 40:28; 1 Timothy 1:17; James 1:17; 1 Corinthians 8:6
JESUS
We believe that Jesus Christ was God's only begotten Son conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary and lived a perfect and sinless life. We believe that He became final and ultimate sacrifice by dying on the cross and making atonement for the sin of all who believe. We believe in His bodily resurrection, His ascension into Heaven to be seated at the right hand of the Father and is now waiting for the time of receiving His church at the rapture, Which is followed by His return seven years later to earth to rule and reign as King for 1,000 years.
John 5:20; Matthew 1:20; Isaiah 7:14, 43:11
SALVATION
We believe all men were born with an inherited sin nature from Adam. We believe man has no merit of power to save himself from the condemnation of sin. We believe the only hope of deliverance for man is through salvation. Salvation is by the grace of God through faith in His Son Jesus Christ, who on the cross paid the price of man's redemption. We believe that once a person accepts Jesus as their personal Saviour, they are immediately born again into the family of God and are eternally secure, never losing their salvation. Titus 3:5; Ephesians 2:8,9; Acts 4:12; John 3:16
BAPTISM
We believe Scriptural water baptism is the immersion in water of a saved person, baptized in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We believe that baptism is not a part of salvation, but a symbol Jesus did for us through his death, burial, and resurrection.
Acts 8:36,37; Romans 6:3 - 5; Matthew 28:19
THE CHURCH
We believe the local New Testament Church is composed of members who have been saved and baptized according to Christ's command, and have voluntarily united together for the purpose of worship, fellowship, service and observing the ordinances of baptism and communion. Matthew 28:19,20; 1 Thessalonians 5:11; Hebrews 10:25; Matthew 16:18
THE BIBLE
We believe the Bible to be the revealed Word of God, fully and verbally inspired by God. We believe that God inspired every word and has preserved them through the ages. We believe the King James Version is the preserved Word of God for the English - speaking people. The Bible is our sole and final authority for faith and practice. 2 Timothy 3:16,17; 2 Peter 1:19 - 21
THE COMMISSION
We believe that God has given the church a great commission to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations. We must use all available means to spread the Gospel message.
Matthew 28:18 - 20, Mark 16:15; Acts 1:8
